The personal data that the Common Ground Forum on Sustainable Upland Deer Management (the Forum) holds about its members will be used for the following purposes:

- Notification of Forum meetings, events and other items of interest in relation to the work of the Forum.
We may publish a list of the members of the Forum or others who have participated in the Forum’s work on our website or in documents relating to the Forum but will only include any information, beyond your name or business, as relevant, with your consent.
