The personal data that the Common Ground Forum on Sustainable Upland Deer Management (the Forum) holds about its members will be used for the following purposes:

  • Forum business, contact and updates
  • Notification of Forum meetings, events and other items of interest in relation to the work of the Forum.

We may publish a list of the members of the Forum or others who have participated in the Forum’s work on our website or in documents relating to the Forum but will only include any information, beyond your name or business, as relevant, with your consent.

The Forum will not pass on, share or trade your personal data with any person or organisation without first receiving your consent unless for the purpose of Forum business (ie to other members of the Forum, to agencies such as NatureScot, Forestry & Land Scotland etc or contractors engaged in work with the Forum; or in the general furtherance of the Forum’s business and delivery).

Under no circumstances will the Forum sell your information to third parties or advertisers.
